Our 12-month program focuses on developing investment-readiness for early-stage Indigenous founders through culturally relevant support, exceptional learning, and critical investor and peer networks.

Integrated with the Fireweed Indigenous Venture Accelerator, the Skillsets for Success Program equips small businesses, sole-proprietors, and early stage Indigenous ventures with the fundamentals to succeed. This program provides thoughtful, in-depth and culturally-relevant training on the core methods of business such as marketing + branding, finance/accounting and strategy and goal-setting, enabling these entrepreneurs to build the perfect side-hustle, optimize their small business, or start looking at what big-time growth would mean for them and their business.

Our Thunderbird Indigenous Investor Program will provide exclusive training for Indigenous women and non-Binary folks to become leaders in the Venture Capital and investment spaces. In partnership with top institutions and knowledge leaders, this 6-month program is a high-quality, culturally relevant learning experience for all participants that sets them up to be the change-making cheque-writers our communities need.
